Official releases

Download MGA for Windows.

Use the latest GitHub release for normal installation. Its tag identifies the matching source code; main may contain newer, unreleased changes.

Windows installer

Choose mga-v…-windows-amd64-installer.exe for a normal setup. This installs the MGA server and management interface, not a separate local game-playing client.

Portable ZIP

Choose mga-v…-windows-amd64-portable.zip to try a self-contained setup. Extract it to a writable folder and run Start MGA.cmd.

Checksums and notes

Download SHA256SUMS.txt from the same release and compare your file's checksum. Read the release notes before upgrading and back up your data.

MGA is pre-1.0 and its Windows installer is unsigned. Do not disable Windows security protections. Older releases may describe retired client/player workflows; those are not the current product.

Frontend plugins are separate packages. The LaunchBox adapter is a preview and is not yet publicly packaged. A code change or website draft is not a published plugin release.
